Try and establish what it is that motivates you as an individual in both business and pleasure.
Here are just a few suggestions given to me when I asked my friends and colleagues the same question;
In Business
- Being a successful business owner
- Employing new staff
- Gaining Respect from your employees
- Getting good recommendations
- Having good reviews published
In Pleasure
- Spending time with your family
- Winning the lottery
- Taking part in sports activities
- Window shopping
- Going out on a Friday night
- Raising money for charity
Once you focus on the things that motivate you, it should be easier establish the those that are important to you while at the same time succeeding in your own business expectations by these very motivational challenges that you have set yourself.
